Q: What is e-transcript.com.ph?
A: E-transcript is a time-saving, efficient, and innovative service package designed to assist college students and Alumni in obtaining a copy of their Transcript of Records, School Diploma, and other School Records which can be delivered right at their doorstep.
Q: Who can avail of this service ?
A: All alumni as well as college students may avail of the service.
Q: What are the benefits of the service?
A: SURE-A Process and delivery - Saves alumni time - Un-tampered records - Reasonable costs - Enjoy efficient pick-up and delivery - Avoid unnecessary expenses.
Q: How much is the service fee?
A: The fee will generally be dependent on the school and where the document will be delivered.
Q: How long will it take to process the request?
A: Completion of the request is based on the schools’ normal procedures.
Q: When will it be convenient to request for the transcript of records?
A: We receive requests from Mondays to Fridays between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Q: Can the documents be delivered outside metro manila?
A: Transcript of records may be arranged for delivery anywhere in the Philippines. We can also arrange for overseas deliveries if requested
Q: What are the modes of payments?
A: The payment can be made thru Paypal, Credit Card, BPI Bank Deposit, GCash and Western Union
Q: How much will it cost if the delivery is outside the Philippines?
A: An additional fee of Php 2,500.00 will be charged.
Q: My school is not in the list, can I still avail of the service?

Q: What are the other services offered by e-transcript?
A: We also do CAV Authentication / Red Ribbon of Transcript of Records and Diploma.
Q: What are the requirements needed to avail of the service?
A: 1. Filled out Request Form (download it HERE)
2. Authorization Letter (sample form can be downloaded HERE)
3. Two (2) valid ID’s
4. For Payments made thru BPI Bank Deposit and Western Union – Proof of payment
(deposit slip, receipt) is required.
